Calling all Girls Scout Juniors! Come earn your First Aid and Staying Fit badges at Tidewater Physical Therapy’s Health and Fitness Day in the Kempsville area of Norfolk! Learn ways girls like you can stay healthy by eating right, exercising and taking care of others. Come talk to a local police officer, registered nurse, physical therapist and Zumba instructor for tips on leading a healthy lifestyle.
Check-in will start at 9a.m. and the program will end at 1p.m.
A healthy snack will be provided.
A $10 deposit will be collected prior to the event to cover the cost of the two badges, one event patch and one event t-shirt.
